CSA cement, full name is Calcium Sulfoaluminate cement, was invented and developed in China since 1970's. It is 100% cement, get ready to use. As the third generation of cements, it is widely used on construction for decades in China. The Self levelling materials ( Concrete flooring mortar, self levelling compound, self levelling screed ) is the difficult part of mortars. Especially for overlayment. cracking issue is a big problem and exsist on concrete and mortars. Triditional way of producing Self levelling material is based on Portland cement+High alumina cement/CSA cement (CA/CSA cement)+Gypsum. Cracking is hardly controlled. In recent years, we designed a new product called White Anti-Cracking Fast setting Rapid hardening High Belite CSA cement. The product can be 100% instead of "Portland cement+High alumina cement/CSA cement (CA/CSA cement)+Gypsum" Part. Free shrinkage rate is only 1/10-1/8 of Portland cement.
